May 2014 Big Bear Real Estate “Sold” and “Pending” Lists

The days are getting more and more gorgeous as we head towards summer in Big Bear!  Here are the current lists of “Sold” and “Pending/Back-up” Big Bear real estate for the month of May.  As we enter the busy summer selling season, sales continue to be strong as well as the number of properties that are going into escrow.  As is usual at this time of year, there is starting to be lots of activity closer to the Lake (3 Lakefronts sold and there are 3 more in escrow).  This also means that there tends to be less sales closer to the slopes (Moonridge and Snow Summit areas) at this time of year; so it is usually the best time to get a great price on a property in those areas.
